Cousin Ella

Things are feeling a bit empty at our house this week as it is the first week I'm no longer watching my niece Ella. Over the past 3 months I provided daycare for Ella when Emily went back to work as a teacher after her maternity leave. Albeit a little intense and challenging at the start juggling two babies and their needs, Ella became a part of daily lives and we miss her! I felt as though I was immersed in a crash course in care giving and somehow managed to squeak by with a passing grade and no casualties. We had fun too... story time, walks, outdoor naps, play time, and kitchen picnics with Dave over his lunch hour. A picture of Jack and Ella in early April.
